The story accompanies the struggle of the March family, especially the four young sisters--tempestuous Jo (Alexia Santos), motherly Meg (Sydney Pinhack), shy Beth (Erin Smith), and spoiled baby Amy (Anna Josselyn), whose father (Patrick Flynn) is away in the Civil War, leaving mom (Grace Antis) in charge. The play is an adaptation by Chamberlain of the novel by Louisa May Alcott.
“Little Women is a great story that teaches the importance of kindness, love, forgiveness, and to be the best that you can be,” said Mrs. Reynolds, who is directing the play. She also points out that it would be interesting for students to watch it because “it shows that every young person goes through trials in life.”
Tickets to see “Little Women” are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors, and will be sold at the door.
