The Class of 2016 has chosen their senior week activities and now details are being worked out for the events taking place between May 31 and June 3.
Before these fun activities take place throughout the week, seniors have graduation rehearsals from 8 AM to 10 AM, then they can go to their place(s) of the day.
Tuesday is the start of the last activities together as a class; after rehearsals seniors will be making their way to Six Flags for the day. Wednesday features a trip to Martha's Vineyard before heading to the senior Poppy banquet. Thursday the class will be going to Boston for the day, first to Skyzone then Fire and Ice for dinner.
The last day together before graduation will be held in the auditorium for Class Day, then hopefully spending the rest of the day together at the beach.
When asked what she’s most looking forward to, Ciara Oakley-Robbins replied, “I can’t wait to spend my last weeks in Mashpee with all the kids I’ve grown up with and make the most of my time with all of my friends.”
Amanda Soroka said, “I’m kind of annoyed with going to Martha’s Vineyard because it won’t be warm and we can’t go to the beach.”
Most everyone interviewed to agreed with Ciara and her statement, however they could see where Amanda was coming from.
