On October 19 MMHS senior Ainsley Kiefer held a lacrosse clinic for girls grades 7-12.
The event was held as part of her senior project, and Kiefer said she felt it was a perfect way to incorporate her love of lacrosse with community service. It was a beautiful day to play and a fun time for all with music and snacks.
Girls of all skill levels were there, from complete novices to very advanced players.
The girls started the clinic with very basic skills, and later transitioned into more high-intensity field play.
Kiefer felt the event overall went very well, stating “It was great. We had a great time, it was fun, and I think it was very informational.”
This is just one of many senior projects we will be seeing from the class of 2020.
